- Schedule staff shifts and coordinate calendars for healthcare providers and staff members
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating patient or resident information in electronic systems
- Handle office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks
- Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained during all interactions and support overall office organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles within office environments or healthcare settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management software is essential
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management skills
