Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal instruments.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and administrative hearings.
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
• Maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Florida and maintenance of good standing.
• 3 – 7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to ethical conduct and client confidentiality.
