Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal instruments.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and administrative hearings.
- Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Florida and maintenance of good standing.
- 3 – 7 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct and client confidentiality.
