This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Analyst located in San Marcos, TX. The Logistics Analyst will develop and monitor key performance indicators, analyze data to optimize logistics processes, and support inventory management. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate inventory control, collaborating with internal teams to improve workflow, and providing excellent customer service to operational departments. The Analyst will also contribute to forecasting, reporting, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to develop and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management practices
- Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and effective communication
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software; advanced Excel skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a strong advantage
