Outside Parts & Components Sales Representative
Reports To: Parts & Components Sales Manager

Position Summary

McCourt Equipment is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our Parts & Components business. In this role, you will develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue within your territory.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and is motivated by building long-term partnerships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to meet with prospects and existing customers
• Conduct daily customer outreach through calls, visits, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in Salesforce
• Educate customers on product offerings and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Collaborate with management, vendors, and marketing to support sales growth
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
