Requirements:
- Must have 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Operations in Sheet Metal
- Must have a construction background
- Must be familiar with construction Specifications and Submittals
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job description:
- Oversee all-day operations for construction projects assigned.
- Assist in the development of schedules/timelines/cost plans that support the business objectives, and establish budgets, resources, and project deliverables for each project.
- Support day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process.
- Communicate with installation professionals on site at the respective projects
- Prepares accurate and timely reports related to the project’s progress.
- Prepare and submit time charge records and expense reports promptly by company procedures.
