Interior Designer Relations Manager
Reports To: VP of Interior Designer Relations
FLSA Status: Full Time, Exempt
Up to 75%-80% Travel time required
Location: East Coast. Preferably somewhere with a major airport. South Florida is a bonus, but not a requirement. Miami would be exceptional. Other great markets: Charleston, Houston, West Palm.
SUMMARY: The Interior Design Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow business within the Interior Design Community. This role focuses on building strong relationships with Interior Designers and Design Firms, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The position collaborates closely with marketing, product development, and senior leadership to strengthen brand presence, expand market reach, and ensure customer needs are effectively met.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established network within the interior design industry, with a working knowledge of interior design principles and furniture products.
- Demonstrated comfort with client-facing engagement, including hosting, relationship-building, and representing the company in professional and social settings.
- Experience in sales, including prospecting and cold outreach.
- Proven career stability and interest in long-term growth within the role.
- Leadership potential, with the ability to manage and develop team members as the organization expands.
- Familiarity with luxury brands and the expectations of a high-end clientele.
- Willingness and ability to attend industry events and represent the company in a professional manner.
