McCormick FONA is accepting applications for full-time interns in various areas of our business  for the Summer 2023 in Geneva, IL.  This is a 10-week internship (June 2023 - August 2023) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Launch your career with a Global Leader in Flavor

During your time as an intern, you will follow a rigorous program that includes the completion of high-impact projects, serving on McCormick FONA’s Employee and Family Picnic Committee, volunteering at a local charitable organization, attending education sessions with senior leadership and participating in social events with other interns. We are looking for the next generation of problem solvers to drive change within McCormick FONA. Are you up for the challenge?

Eligibility:

To be considered for an internship position, you must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior student majoring in an applicable field for the 2022-2023 academic year. You will need to be available to work at McCormick FONA, Monday through Friday during the internship season.

Selection Criteria:

McCormick FONA extends internship roles to college students who are seeking their bachelor’s degree in areas including but not limited to:

Business                           Sales                                  Marketing                        Communications           

Human Relations            Supply Chain                    Food Science                   Chemistry         

Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Design/Drafting, Packaging)

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal teams providing hands-on assistance and project guidance.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver project results as requested in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, show strong self-motivation and initiative
• Present final report on work completed during the intern period.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrollment as an undergraduate college Junior, or Senior in a relevant program for the 2022-2023 academic year
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
