Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various parking lot tasks. This position requires a passion for working outdoors, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Work with a crew to apply sealcoat.
Paid weekly
Insurance available after 90 days
Responsibilities
- Help with applying sealer
- Helping with loading and unloading equipment
- helping with cleaning parking lots prior to applying sealcoat or filling cracks and potholes
- Filling cracks in parking lots
- Filling potholes
- Working with crew to make sure the worksite is kept clean and that we leave nothing behind at the end of day.
- Following directions thoroughly to make sure we keep up to standards and code to work safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work with team and follow directions
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must have clean driving record
Experience is not required. We can teach the skills. What we can't teach is attitude, effort, and dependability.
Schedule
- We work Monday-Friday depending on how busy we are
- Overtime may be available depending on the job
- Work is centered around Mulberry, you would meet either at the office or where the job is located for the day.
