Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Prepare, reconcile, and verify accounting information
- Participate in monthly financial reviews
- Support management with ‘what if’ type of analysis using various assumptions
- Aid management with Financial Planning and Analysis
- Provide support for the monthly GL closings and annual audit
- Generate ad-hoc general ledger and payroll reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 2-5 years or more of Accounting related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ADP a strong plus
- Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint Accounting experience a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
- Experience with governmental contracts a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and complete projects on time with minimal supervision
