- Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks in a polite and professional manner
- Assigns all job duties to service staff including cleaning tasks as required
- Monitors and maintains all cafe areas to be clean and hazard free at all times
- Maintains constant interaction with all guests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with FOH café schedules
- Assist with pre-service meetings for team members
- Operate various café equipment, handle cash and point-of-sale systems, and assist with opening and closing duties

- Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree preferred
- Have 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
- Are 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
- Must have appropriate Food Handler's and MAST permits
