What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Litigation Case Manager position at McCormick Law Firm?
McCormick Law Firm is seeking Case Managers to help in the day to day operations of this rapidly growing business. Applicants should be prepared to display critical thinking and attention to detail in a high volume, fast paced environment. Case management in a personal injury firm is required.
Duties include:
- Daily communication with your team, which consists of a pre-litigation attorney and medical clerk
- Send out welcome letters
- Set up claims and send LOR's
- Follow up on liability status on a daily basis
- Confirm client has started medical treatment and is compliant with their treatment
- Take calls for questions and concerns on treatment/case status updates
- Input medical providers to tabs
- Follow up on PIP/UIM/UM/MedPay
- Tasks medical clerk accordingly
- Redact and send demands
