We’re looking for an Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, supporting technicians, managing scheduling, handling payroll and bookkeeping, and maintaining a well-organized and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & dispatch residential service calls
  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate time records
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking
  • Support onboarding and HR tasks, such as maintaining employee files
  • Ensure organized record-keeping and smooth daily workflow
  • Assist with safety compliance and license renewals

 Qualifications:

  • Prior office management and customer service experience (home services industry a plus)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is a must
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Experience with payroll processing and basic accounting
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented
