About the Position:
We are working with an established full-service boutique law firm in Chicago that has an immediate need for a construction litigation attorney (3 yrs) to join its premier practice as an associate. This highly-regarded practice is Chambers-ranked and represents general contractors, owners, and developers across all sectors of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
· Represent owners, developers, and general contractors in construction disputes throughout the United States
· Draft and negotiate construction agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of construction litigation experience, including construction and design defect, project delay, and mechanic’s liens
· Experience drafting and negotiating construction agreements
· Construction transactional experience and/or a desire to develop transactional skills is a plus
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 - $235,000.
