- Create new websites with the use of a Content Management toolset.
- Make appropriate modifications to existing websites for all sites.
- Ensure that integrated software for all sites is working as expected.
- Create social media content and get it scheduled throughout the year to attract prospective tenants.
- Manage/Create social media platforms for all sites nationally.
- Review and report on all reputational platforms.
- Increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
- Create, Maintain, and update digital ads for all properties.
- Be able to work with third-party vendors.
- Ensure that all social media and web content is ADA compliant.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in web development with Social Media experience
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video) that is ADA compliant.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Excellent communication skills, including multi-tasking and analytical skills
- Previous experience working in the housing industry a plus.
- College Degree or equivalent experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Motivated, well-organized with attention to detail.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital media management
- Excellent understanding of digital media platforms and analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital media software
