McCool’s Flooring is an established locally owned flooring company with locations in Avon, Kokomo and Carmel. We are family owned, purpose driven and an employee/customer value guided business. The position of Flooring Sales and Design Consultant combines the functions of Sales, Customer Service, and Design Consultant. This position requires an individual to interact with customers and assist them in making flooring product choices according to their individual needs. The objective is to provide a superior purchase experience utilizing design and flooring advice that will create a customer McCool’s will serve for a long time. Not only great people and selling skills are required for success, but also extensive product knowledge and design training. All product training will be provided. Personal organizational skills insure delivery of an exceptional customer experience. Personal networking within local community activities and the business community will provide greater sales opportunities. Early evening and all Saturday’s are regular business hours for McCool’s Flooring. In fulfillment of McCool’s values, we are closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Fourth of July. Compensation is commission based solely, on a draw system. Health Insurance is available after 90 days if none is available from another source.
