Responsibilities

• perform excavation and site preparation tasks, knowledge of pipelaying is a plus
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including moving materials and debris.
• Support the operation needed for specialized tasks.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete project milestones efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on construction sites is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to operate tools & equipment confidently.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors & long hours in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new skills
