McCON's Support Center team manages commercial construction projects across the continental US. We are a family-owned company known for our experience in commercial construction, our service to our clients, and our performance, both in the field and administratively. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize self with construction documents, review subcontract bids, verify for accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
- Communicate with architects and civil engineers for clarification and alterations.
- Act as a liaison to the customer throughout the project.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, schedules, and materials.
- Complete material take-off, order materials, line up and coordinate utilities, and coordinate material deliveries.
- Daily communication with site superintendents and regional superintendents.
- Coordinate call back and adjustments.

Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- CAD experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Sage Contractor 100 Software or equivalent Integrated Accounting & Project Management software.
