As a Vehicle Exchange Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting Service customers in trading their current vehicles for new or pre-owned vehicles. You will provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships, and ensure a seamless and positive vehicle exchange experience.

JOB TITLE: Vehicle Exchange Associate
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager Manager
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers in the vehicle exchange process, including evaluating trade-in vehicles and presenting suitable options.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and appraisals.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
- Negotiate trade-in values and sales terms with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid Driver's License.
