Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anderson, IN, for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies. Key responsibilities include optimizing store performance, implementing retail loss prevention measures, maintaining inventory, and addressing customer needs in a prompt and professional manner.
