About the Role:
As a Snack Expert (also known as a Store Associate), you will be responsible for:
- Cash Handling: Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Sales Floor Management: Maintain stocked shelves and coolers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Tour Guide: Provide expert guidance on product locations, making you the go-to expert for customers.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
- Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Elevate the customer experience by recommending products and promotions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to stand, move, and reach for extended periods (at least 12 hours).
- Lifting and Moving: Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds or more.
- Basic Math and Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
