We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our Virtual Design & Construction team. This role is critical in supporting project teams through the development, coordination, and management of BIM models and construction data. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, ACC, and Navisworks, and have a strong understanding of construction workflows and digital collaboration.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our Virtual Design & Construction team. This role is critical in supporting project teams through the development, coordination, and management of BIM models and construction data. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, ACC, and Navisworks, and have a strong understanding of construction workflows and digital collaboration.
Essential Functions
- Utilize BIM software to compile MEP coordination models, clash detection reports, schedules, and linked resources across multiple projects
- Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, BIM Managers, and General Foremen to resolve design issues and request information from design professionals
- Review construction drawings for conflicts with architectural and structural documents and ensure compliance with local codes
- Produce dimensioned coordination drawings, spool drawings, isometric views, and as-built documentation to support field operations
- Create and manage 3D models in Revit for coordination with mechanical trade contractors
- Lead and participate in coordination meetings with general contractors and construction managers
- Update coordination drawings in collaboration with field Foremen throughout the project lifecycle
- Review equipment submittals for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct site surveys and field measurements to support coordination efforts
- Ensure all work aligns with the BIM Execution Plan and project schedules
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of BIM-related design or construction experience using the required software
- Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering Technologies, or a related field is preferred
- Portfolio or samples of previous BIM work are encouraged with your application
- Proficient in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of BIM frameworks and construction coordination processes
- Knowledge of building systems and components
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated leadership and technical mentorship within project teams
- Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate e7ectively with engineers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with fabrication and installation practices for piping and plumbing systems
- Commitment to safety and knowledge of construction safety procedures
- Practical understanding of commercial construction practices, including field or trade experience
