Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Cabinetry knowledge/experience along with knowledge of and ability to utilize basic carpentry hand tools and machinery
- Ability to read and follow shop drawings, plan views and elevations
- Complete all assigned jobs in a timely manner
- Input information into required computer programs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times per day. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to make decisions and solve problems
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 2 years of cabinetry / construction
- Knowledge of General Safety Practices or OSHA
- Ability to use hand tools, reciprocating and miter saws, and power tools correctly and safely.
- Ability to use applications on a cell phone
- Ability to read layouts from blueprints
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and carpentry techniques
- High School Degree or GED
- At all times, employees are required to be fit for duty
- Employees are required to be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Employees stand for long periods of time
- Employees may work in loud work areas
- Employee is expected to be able to problem solve, make well thought out decisions and be organized.
