Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Parkersburg, WV, for a Used Car Sales Manager at McClinton Auto Group. The Used Car Sales Manager will oversee the pre-owned vehicle sales department, implement effective sales processes, and manage a team to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining vehicle inventory, providing sales training, and fostering a positive customer experience. The role requires a hands-on approach to engage with customers and associates, monitor market trends, and establish long-term client relationships. Team player and can-do attitude is a must!
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales Processes
- Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach sales teams to meet or exceed sales goals
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales reporting and market trend analysis
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple responsibilities
- Previous management experience in automotive sales is highly preferred
- Willingness to grow, evolve, and positive attitude
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
