Job Qualifications:
-Be 18 years of age or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid and unrestricted driver's license
-Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis, with or without reasonable accommodation
-Experienced in farming, food handling and manual labor
-Spanish speaking preferred
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist with planting, harvesting, watering, ground preparation and field work
-Identify issues and communicate about problems or needs with plants and equipment
-Warehouse duties include washing, prepping and handling harvested produce, reading and fulfilling customer orders, cleaning equipment and work space
-Follow all requirements for organic food farming and food safety handling
-Assist with set up, tear down, replenishing product and customer assistance at farmers' markets
-Early morning start times and availability on Saturdays is required.
