About the Role
Our outpatient clinic is seeking a motivated, early career Nurse Practitioner who is ready to
grow within a structured, supportive environment. This role is ideal for an NP who has
foundational clinical experience and Epic proficiency, and who is looking for a position where

workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care Delivery — Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
following clinic guidelines.
• Clinical Management — Manage acute and chronic conditions using clinic protocols
and physician collaboration.
• Epic Documentation — Complete accurate, timely documentation using Epic templates
and clinic workflows.
• Care Coordination — Work closely with physicians, nurses, CCM staff, and support
teams to ensure seamless care.
• Patient Communication — Provide education, followup instructions, and counseling
using clinic approved communication standards.
• Protocol Adherence — Follow established pathways for diagnostics, medication
management, and followup care.
• Professional Growth — Participate in mentorship, chart reviews, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Mississippi NP license (or eligibility)
• Epic EMR experience
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to adapt to structured workflows and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
• Early career NP (approximately 0–3 years of experience)
• Interest in developing clinical practice within a mentorship-driven environment
• Familiarity with outpatient primary care or chronic care management
