Salary Range: $50,000- $70,000

Job Description

This role provides operational and technical support with menu-related evaluations for a large Quick Service Restaurant chain. You’ll play a critical, hands-on role in maintaining kitchen operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and food safety across all product evaluations.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare products (e.g., grilling beef/bacon, toasting buns, operating fryers) according to procedures and manuals
• Ensure cleanliness, calibration, and maintenance of kitchen and equipment
• Organize and maintain supplies, equipment, and products for evaluations
• Support with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documentation accuracy (including food safety)
• Manage all aspects of sample handling:
• Coordinate shipment requests
• Receive and check in samples with accurate data entry
• Ensure proper storage and documentation
• Maintain organized inventory across cooler, freezer, and dry storage, ensuring proper rotation

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous McDonald’s restaurant or similar quick serve experience preferred
  
  

ADA Requirements

• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Occasional exposure to temperature and humidity changes
