McClave Associates brings nearly 50 years of trusted expertise to clients under the collective power of our team of Experts and Associates. MC A is a dynamic, collaborative team of professionals who provide complex statistical, economic, and econometric litigation support for legal actions in areas such as antitrust, class action, loss of business, and healthcare fraud. We are comprised of professionals with degrees in statistics, economics, business, mathematics, law, data science, and engineering. Our presentation of complex concepts – using simple, graphical depictions and concise explanations – make the data make sense. We are currently seeking to add to our team with seasoned professionals with significant data management and analysis experience and with junior staff who will grow with us.
New members of the team will focus on supporting cases through data management and analysis, project management, and research. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to collect, review, standardize, and analyze large datasets through use of tools such as SAS and Stata. Other responsibilities may include investigative research, assisting in the preparation of work product such as reports and trial demonstratives, and various other project specific activities. Junior level analysts will be responsible for preparing document summaries, various quality assurance activities including citation collection and checking, assisting in preliminary data processing activities, and other support activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in related field such as economics, data science, computer science, or statistics.
- Superior attention to detail and passion for finding the right answer.
- Programming experience; working knowledge of SAS or Stata.
- Experience with database management, data manipulation, analysis, and research.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work with mathematical and/or econometric concepts and apply concepts to practical situations.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient with relevant tools and systems: Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom.

This position requires limited travel and frequent after-hours and weekend work.
