Responsibilities:
- Maintain HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Collaborate with the project team for the efficient execution of maintenance services.
- Conduct quality cleaning, checks, and adjustments for optimal system performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professionalism on-site.
- Complete accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience as an HVAC maintenance technician.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and physical capability for manual tasks.
