We are seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. If you have a background in sales and the drive to win, we will provide the training you need to become a top-earning insurance professional.
What You will Do
- Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively identify potential clients by networking, referrals, email, social selling, Linkedin, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Function as the face of the agency, providing exceptional service to new and existing policyholders.
- Drive Growth: Transition policy review service calls into sales opportunities by identifying gaps in coverage.
- Manage Leads: Follow up with prospects and provide accurate quotes for Property & Casualty (Auto, Home, Business, etc..) insurance.
- Master the Craft: Attend training sessions to sharpen your sales techniques and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1–2 years Sales experience (Retail, Hospitality, or Call Center).
- Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or Personal LInes License (State requirement).
- Skills: Effective communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a resilient "never-give-up" attitude.
- Reliability: A consistent record of punctuality and professional conduct.
