McClain-Grady County EMS (MGC EMS) has proudly served our communities for more than 30 years, delivering high-quality pre-hospital emergency care to Newcastle, Blanchard, Dibble, and the surrounding areas. As a leader in emergency healthcare, we respond to approximately 3,000 calls annually while continuing to grow alongside the communities we serve.
We have 5 fully equipped ambulances across two stations. We utilize modern equipment, including Zoll X Series cardiac monitors, Zoll AutoPulse devices, Ferno Power Cots, and a user-friendly ePCR system. Currently, we staff two 24-hour ambulances, along with an additional unit operating daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Paramedic to join our high-performing EMS team. This position primarily involves responding to pre-hospital emergency calls, with occasional interfacility transfers. Paramedics will also participate in ongoing training and work closely alongside local fire departments and law enforcement agencies to provide coordinated, high-quality emergency care.
Schedule: 24-hour shifts (Kelly schedule – average 10 shifts/month)
