Patient Care Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change quickly. If you have dental experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while efficiently managing last-minute schedule changes.
Assist patients with registration forms and other paperwork as needed.
Verify and update patient information.
Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and office policies.
Work closely with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
Required:
Previous dental office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding phone etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to schedule changes and a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Exceptional customer service and patient care skills
Preferred:
Experience using Open Dental
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
