We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Tire Service Dispatcher to join our busy commercial tire service team in Rochester, NY! The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Tire industry knowledge is preferred, along with the ability to coordinate service calls, dispatch field technicians, and help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Service Dispatching & Scheduling

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule customer service appointments.
• Gather accurate customer information, service locations, and details about service needs.
• Create and manage work orders, ensuring service requests are prioritized appropriately.
• Dispatch service crews for scheduled appointments and emergency roadside calls.
• Coordinate service schedules and help ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Use maps, GPS, and other tools to plan efficient routes for service crews.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, construction, and other factors that may affect service times.

Customer Service & Communication

• Communicate clearly with customers, service technicians, and management.
• Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide updates on service calls.
• Communicate with field technicians regarding job assignments, arrival times, job completion, and emergency situations.
• Relay important service information to management and other departments as needed.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate customer records, service files, and dispatch documentation.
• Enter service information and updates into computer systems.
• Assist management with scheduling and coordinating daily operations.
• Help monitor vehicle maintenance needs.
• Assist with ordering supplies, tools, and other necessary materials.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Tire industry knowledge is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and maintaining digital records.
• Ability to coordinate and direct field service crews effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused in a fast-paced setting.
