Responsibilities
Dismount and mount tires on rims with precision and care
Balance tires using proper equipment and techniques
Inspect tires and wheels for defects and determine when repairs or replacements are needed
Maintain and operate equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with loading and unloading trailers or box trucks as needed
Ensure all work meets McCarthy Tire Service standards and customer expectations
Follow all company policies on safety, attendance, teamwork, and training
Take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Self-motivation and a solid work ethic
Must be authorized to work in the United States
