Summary:

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal throughout the property. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff through the systematic execution of hotel cleaning protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming, following the hotel's established sanitation sequence.
• Clean and disinfect all bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and floors; replenish towels and guest amenities to brand standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and lobby areas to ensure a positive first impression for arriving guests.
• Monitor and restock housekeeping carts and storage closets; report any inventory shortages or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct final room inspections to ensure all items (linens, electronics, climate control) are in perfect working order before guest arrival.
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a "guest-first" mindset.
• Ability to work independently and follow a structured schedule.
• Previous experience in hospitality or professional cleaning is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, hourly position. Shifts may vary based on business needs and include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Team members are expected to be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with schedules typically released in advance. Flexibility and reliability are essential to support guest services throughout the day and maintain consistent coverage.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $18 - $20/hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
