Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional third-party rental equipment and trucking needs, ensuring seamless execution of operations.
- Oversee the coordination of equipment and trucking requests, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within project timelines.
- Work closely with project teams, vendors, and Yard Partners to anticipate needs and proactively resolve potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and financial controls related to equipment and trucking operations.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Assist with special projects and cover for multiple positions when staffing levels are low/production or operating demands are accelerated

- Supervise & preform the intake and fulfillment of third-party rental equipment requests, ensuring timely responses and delivery.
- Oversee & execute the sourcing efforts by evaluating multiple vendor options and presenting cost-effective solutions to project teams.
- Ensure proper tracking and record-keeping of all rental equipment, working closely with the Equipment Manager and Yard Team for transparency.
- Lead preventative maintenance coordination with third-party vendors and project teams to ensure equipment remains operational and compliant.
- Assist in resolving billing disputes and discrepancies, working collaboratively with vendors and internal billing teams.
- Preferred 2 years of similar experience preferably in personnel assets or construction industry or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, delegate, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with project teams, vendors, and leadership.
