What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruiting & Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and phone screens, partnering with candidates and hiring managers to create seamless processes.
- Communication: Keep candidates in the loop with follow-up calls and emails, ensuring a positive candidate experience every step of the way.
- Tracking & Reporting: Manage and track recruiting activities, providing updates to hiring managers and keeping everything organized.
- HRIS & File Management: Perform HRIS data entry, file management, and keep all HR documentation on track.
- Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with managers and applicants, acting as a go-to resource for all things HR.
- Event Planning: Be a part of planning and executing fun, impactful employee engagement events that celebrate our outstanding team members.
- Employee Onboarding & Training: Assist with new employee orientations, training coordination, and help create a welcoming environment for new hires.
- Team Support: Jump in on various HR projects as needed, contributing your creativity and organizational skills to a variety of initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related fields—or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Top-notch time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you're comfortable talking to anyone, anywhere!
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and team player mindset, ready to contribute to a fun and supportive team culture.
