Responsibilities
- Restock shelves efficiently by organizing products and ensuring merchandise is attractive and accessible
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections
- Maintain proper merchandising standards to promote sales and enhance store presentation
- Assist with inventory management through stocking, and organizing products on the sales floor and in storage areas
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales transactions and inventory counts
