Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Engineer located in Billerica, MA. The Field Application Engineer will provide technical support, collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver client solutions, and apply expertise in field applications. Day-to-day tasks include testing, troubleshooting, demonstrating, and optimizing audiovisual systems, as well as addressing technical inquiries from clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Applications and providing Technical Support in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to collaborate with Sales teams to develop technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the audiovisual industry and relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, InfoComm) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for client consultations and system installations
