Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow company policies and safety regulations consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Competitive pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
