Join McCandless Truck Center - Reno as a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Sparks, NV. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer use and inventory software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification a plus.
