Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourJob description:Summary:Small growing warehouse in Warminster is looking for a warehouse associate that can also handle inside sales, such as taking phone and email orders. Approximately 50 % of each will be spent on warehouse and 50% on inside sales. It can vary from day to day based on business cycle.Job Duties:Enter orders in the ERP system.Pack and ship orders.Invoice orders.Monitor shipments and tracking numbers.Issue purchase orders to subsidiary companies.Receive containersKeep Warehouse clean and organizedDrive to pick up and leave orders.Purchase office and warehouse supplies.Provide customers with price and stock status via phone and email.Update customers on delivery statuses.Handle communication with customs brokers and forwarders for incoming goods.Collaborate closely with the parent and sister company in Europe primarily via email and Microsoft Teams calls.Support the sales and finance teams with other tasks as needed.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Request support and re-prioritization if job responsibilities cannot be completed in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to shipping, invoicing, and purchasing.Benefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayCompany DescriptionMcCallion has successfully provided the Suburban Philadelphia area with outstanding temporary, temp to hire and direct hire personnel for 45 years.
