The Associate Director of Tuition Assistance (ADTA), a key member of the enrollment management team, provides operational oversight of the tuition assistance department. Reporting directly to the Director of Tuition Assistance & Enrollment Planning, the ADTA is a strategic partner to the Director and serves as the department head in the Director’s absence.
This is a 12-month, full-time position. It is considered exempt under the FLSA, and it is eligible for full benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Meets with parents to conduct a needs analysis regarding tuition assistance packaging.
- Attends Tuition Assistance events - as well as admission office events - and assists the Director with tuition assistance presentations, updating Tuition Assistance webpages and production of handout materials.
- Assists and advises the Director of Tuition Assistance in the overall operation of the office and the administration of the tuition assistance programs, including developing tuition assistance strategies and plans consistent with enrollment management objectives.
- Assists Tuition Assistance team members in maintaining the tuition assistance platform - CLARITY - and generates reports as needed by the Dean of Enrollment Management.
- Leads oversight of Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) Tuition Assistance Certification and assists TSSAA Compliance Officer on TSSAA certification process.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean of Enrollment Management and Director of Tuition Assistance.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting.
- Experience in tuition assistance administration, and / or admissions preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple assignments effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert database and computer skills including all MS Office platforms.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and work independently.
