Eviction Outsourcing manages evictions nationwide for Mortgage Service Companies, Banks, and Servicers. We do this through a proprietary web based system which monitors files on a state specific basis.
Job Summary
Under general supervision, monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process and provides assistance to ensure timely completion of the eviction file process according to state guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process.
- Provides assistance by obtaining information and/or documents necessary to ensure timely completion of the eviction file process.
- Verifies that Local Counsel provides required weekly updates for all files through completion.
- May coordinate with brokers to verify occupancy information.
- Has regular contact with Clients, Local Counsel, Paralegals, and Real Estate Agents.
- Provide weekly updates to clients via reporting
- Lead client calls
- Review and prepare client scorecard replies
- Manage Local Counsel as needed to ensure best in class service
- Return emails and phone calls.
- College Degree Preferred
- Office Experience Preferred
- Must possess previous customer service background.
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate with attorneys.
- Understanding of eviction law and local jurisdictional requirements.
- Proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Balances team and individual responsibilities; contributes to building a positive team spirit.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
- Detailed analytic experience and organizational skills required
