McCall Thomas Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to work on our team!
Job Location: based in Orangeburg, SC with travel as needed
Work schedule: M-TH 4X10 or M-F 5X8

The Construction Coordinator will serve as the operational link between office and field teams with the purpose of keeping construction work organized, released correctly, tracked accurately, and supported through closeout.
Primary Responsibilities for the Construction Coordinator will include, but are limited to the following:
- Ensure jobs are complete and ready before release, including prints, scope, work orders, permits, and material status
- Coordinate with field leadership on workflow, start dates, priorities, and schedule changes across active jobs
- Maintain and ensure accurate daily or weekly production data such as footage, units, status, and blockers
- Organize field reports, as-builts, backups, and completion documents needed for project closeout
- Act as a central point of communication between office, field, subcontractors, and support teams to resolve open items
- Represent McCall-Thomas Engineering positively and professionally

What Will You Need:
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship (required)
- HS diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of related utility experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
