What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Case Manager position at McCall Staffing Services?
Provides comprehensive case management and social service coordination for low-income and formerly homeless seniors with complex social, medical, and behavioral health needs.
Delivers individualized and group support, including counseling, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and referrals for medical, mental health, substance use, and social service programs.
Collaborates with residents, families, property management, and external providers to develop and implement personalized service plans that promote independence and housing stability.
Facilitates community engagement and conflict resolution, helping residents navigate independent living, building rules, and positive neighbor relations.
Supports community-building initiatives and resource distribution, including organizing events and coordinating weekly Food Bank setup and delivery.
Qualified candidates hold a BA/BS (MSW/MA preferred) and bring at least 2 years of case management experience with older adults or diverse, high-needs populations, plus strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills.
Spanish Bilingual skills a plus.
