What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator Receptionist position at McCall Staffing Services?
- Guest Reception & Room Readiness: Prepare meeting spaces for use, greet visitors professionally, offer refreshments, and coordinate their transition to meeting rooms. Maintain cleanliness and reset rooms after use.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize conference rooms using calendar tools, ensuring all relevant details (attendees, time, location, and virtual links) are accurately recorded and shared.
- Inventory & Facility Upkeep: Monitor and replenish office supplies, snacks, beverages, and restroom essentials to maintain a well-stocked and functional environment.
- General Office Support: Assist with routine operational tasks such as equipment checks, basic kitchen duties, and occasional special requests to support smooth day-to-day operations.
