- Oversee daily operations of the Facilities Department, including scheduling preventative maintenance, managing work orders, and ensuring timely completion of unit turnovers and repairs.
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships — sourcing, bidding, and overseeing contracted work while ensuring quality, cost control, and compliance with project timelines.
- Administer departmental budgets, purchasing, and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; support process improvements and technology implementations to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations through inspections, documentation, and coordination of city permits, certifications, and self-audits.
- Required Skills: 2–3 years of facilities or administrative experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems; strong organization, communication, and leadership skills; ability to read blueprints; proven problem-solving and multitasking ability.
