What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Coordinator position at McCall's Community?
Key Responsibilities
- Confer with vendors to obtain information regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Prepare purchase orders and obtain required approvals
- Order all supplies for both companies and ensure timely delivery
- Receive, unload, and place products on shelves as needed
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including items purchased, costs, delivery timelines, and product quality
- Review supply orders from cottages to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Communicate with copier service providers to renew and manage copier leases
- Order personal charge-back items for clients as required
- Collaborate with the Accountant to ensure inventory accuracy
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of personal computers and internet-based systems
- Working knowledge of Office products: Excel, Word, Office 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including discounts and interest
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Education, Training & Experience
- Associate’s Degree and six (6) months of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Oklahoma Driver License
- Ability to meet company driving requirements
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
