McCall Collective Brewing Company is a locally owned craft brewery dedicated to creating exceptional beer, food, and hospitality experiences throughout the Lehigh Valley. This fall, we're opening our newest Downtown Allentown location—a vibrant brewery, restaurant, beer garden, and private event venue in the heart of Downtown Allentown.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and hospitality-driven Events Manager to help establish our venue as one of the region's premier destinations for private events.
Position Overview
The Events Manager will oversee the planning and execution of private events at our Downtown Allentown location along with our other two locations and offsite. From the initial inquiry through the final farewell, you'll ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, professionally executed, and exceeds guest expectations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of private events from inquiry through execution.
- Conduct venue tours and consultations with prospective clients.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, timelines, and planning documents.
- Coordinate menus, beverage packages, room layouts, décor, entertainment, and event logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate vendors, entertainment, rentals, and other event partners.
- Be present during events to oversee setup, execution, and guest experience.
- Maintain the event calendar and booking system.
- Assist with planning and executing public events, brewery releases, festivals, and community programming.
- Follow up with clients after events to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve the guest experience and grow our private events program.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, catering, or a related field preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as events require.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
