We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Class B Driver to join our team! As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the van while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well-being. The ideal candidate has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and previous experience as a Class B driver or has completed bus driver training. Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off Passengers at designated Day Programs
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist Passengers with boarding and exiting the Van in a safe manner
- Engage with Passengers in a friendly and courteous manner
Qualifications
- CDL permit with Class B and passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to follow GPS directions
